Every Naria order ships from our fulfillment partner. Our goal is simple: get your Petal Cast™ Mascara to your door quickly, safely, and with full tracking.
Processing time
We process and ship orders within 48 hours. We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays. During sales and very busy periods, processing can take 1–2 extra business days.
Delivery times & shipping costs
- United States: 7–11 business days after dispatch. Free shipping on orders over $49; a flat $4.95 applies to smaller orders.
- Canada, United Kingdom, Australia & other countries: 10–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times are estimates that start once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Carrier delays, customs checks and weather are outside our control.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel any time on our Track Your Order page or by writing to us.
International customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are paid by the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Wrong addresses, lost or damaged parcels
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect or refund parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.
