Order cancellation: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Our processing is fully automated and begins immediately after payment to ensure prompt preparation and delivery.

After shipping: If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled. However, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
