Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy

Optional service: Adding a monthly refill (subscription) is entirely optional and can be removed at checkout.

Confirmation: After subscribing, you will receive an email confirming your subscription and your first order.

Manage or cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next order is created by clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email, or by contacting us at contact@lokastore.co for assistance.

Renewals: Each scheduled refill automatically generates a new order.

No cancellation after an order is created: Once a new order has been created, it can no longer be cancelled, as it is immediately prepared for processing and dispatch.

Valid orders: All orders generated after signing up to the subscription are considered valid and final, and will be processed and charged accordingly.
